3. Spanish Song: A Dios Le Pido by Juanes – Present Subjunctive
Students practice Present Subjunctive or Presente subjuntivo by filling in the blanks digitally in the same document. This Spanish song cloze activity includes three versions, the video link, and a short artist bio. Choose the version that is most suitable for your student’s level.

6. The Spanish Language Changes Lives: Lesson Plan for Spanish Language Day (April 23rd)
Students learn about Gwenyth Paltrow’s experience with the Spanish language and discover how learning Spanish has changed the lives of five people. They will also learn about three different learning styles and will try to identify their own.
7. Spanish Song: La Camisa Negra by Juanes – Present Tense and Verb TENER
Students practice presente simple and verbo tener by filling in the blanks digitally in the same document.
8. Why Learn Spanish or Any Other Foreign Language Mini-Lesson Plan
Students work in groups with videos and infographics to learn why it is important to learn Spanish or any other foreign language. They will also create a poster with their learning Spanish goals for the year.
9. Spanish Song: Ojalá que llueva café by Juan Luis Guerra – Present Subjunctive
Students practice the presente subjuntivo and some food and jobs vocabulary by filling in the blanks digitally in the same document.
10. Using Contractions AL and DEL in Spanish Lesson Plan for Spanish 1
