Lesson Objectives

By the end of this activity, students will have learned how to construct a basic sentence in Spanish, using four different permitted word orders, while practicing spoken tongue twisters in Spanish.

Activity Summary

While learning how to construct basic sentences in Spanish, students will understand and remember that the flexibility of the sentence structure can add variety when writing in Spanish. A writing activity involving tongue twisters and oral practice of the student-written tongue twisters challenges students to practice speaking Spanish slowly and deliberately.
